Tommy Donovan’s latest win against Johnny M'Kay shows that the exTaranaki fighter is by no means a spent force. Tommy is a shrewd old war horse, however and is apparently adamant in his decision not to fight over three-minute rounds, since his bout with M ; Kay was fought over 15 twominute rounds. Tommy has had two wins in two starts since his come-back, and according to Napier reports he showed much of his old-time form when he disposed of M‘Ray.
