BOMB ON TRAIN. FOUR PEOPLE KILLED. SHANGHAI, July 1. The Peking-Mukden through Train, in accordance with the Sino-Jap agreement, was running this morning 50 miles east of Tientsin when a bomb exploded in a third-class compartment.
