BANKRUPT SENT TO GAOL t Per Press Association. j GISBORNE, June 28. At the last sitting of the Supreme Court, Thomas Martin Goodall, bank rupt, was called upon to show cause why he should not be committed for contempt of Court for failure to answei questions. Mr. Justice Blair reserved his decision. Advice has now been received. His Honour adjudged bankrupt guilty of contempt and sentenced him to six months’ imprisonment.
