COMMITTED FOR TRIAL
MAN ACCUSED OF BURGLARY. INCIDENTS IN WAIKATO. [ Per Press Association. ] HAMILTON, June 25. Allegedly associated with George Edward Morton in a series of burglaries and other offences in the Waikato on the night of May 21, John Leslie Florence, aged 23, pleaded not guilty at the Hamilton Magistrate’s Court to-day and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial. Accused was charged with doing actual bodily harm to Francis Rose, breaking and entering at Tirau and Hinuera, and stealing numerous articles, at both places.
