A GRADUAL REDUCTION. Received Mav 9, 8.5 p.m. LONDON, May 8. The International Rubber Regulation! Committee, at its first meeting, decided that in order to ensure a gradual reduction of exports, each territory may export 100 per cent, of the basis quota in June and July, 90 per cent, in August and September, 80 per c«nt. in October and November, and 70 per cent, in December. Rigid adherence to this stipulation is not expected provided an adjustment is made in subsequent months before the end of the year.
