INSULL IN GAOL
HEAVY BOND DEMANDED CHICAGO. May 8. Samuel Insull was placed under a 200,000-dollar bond to-day on charge, of using the United States mails fraudulently and violating the Bankruptcy Act. He was unable to furnish the bond and was placed in gaol.
