The Nazi Party’s Supreme Court ruled restricting the membership of the party to “eGrinan nationals of pure Ayran origin.” Party organisations have been instructed in doubtful cases, of ancestry that they must be investigated back to the year 3 800. “Infusion of new blood before then is almost impossible, as mixed marriages only began with the Jewish emancipation.” The ruling goes much farther than the previous Ayran clause, which only disqualified persons with Jewish parents. PRISONERS MALTREATED NAZI OFFICIALS PUNISHED. Received April 8, 5.25 p.m. BERLIN, April 6. At Stettin the Court sentenced Dr. Hoffman, a detective, to 13 years’ hard labour for maltreating prisoners in a concentration camp. Two other detectives were sentenced to fivt years’, and several civilians similarly charged were sentenced from two to ten years. The trial was hold in camera. Twelve hundred salaried officials of the municipality were dismissed without notice or reason given on April 1 in pursuance of a Government decree.
