GANDHI INVITES SUSPENSION. HINDU-MOSLEM PROBLEM. Received April 8, 5.5 p.m. CALCUTTA, April 7. Mr. Gandhi invites Congress to suspend the civil disobedience. In the interests of self-government, congressmen should endeavour to secure unity between the Hindus and Moslems.
