Changing Over in Sport.

This is the season of tho year when sport changes over from summer to winter. Over Easter both forms ot outdoor recreation have been in full swing. While people in Wanganui waited keenly for tho result of the eight-oar race at Wellington last Alonday many of them were looking for ward to a Rugby match in the afternoon. Old Boys of the Collegiate School played cricket one day ant Rugby the next. School and Old Boys rowed on the river in the morning ana played Rugby in the afternoon. Today there will be several Rugby practice matches in Wanganui, while the curtain will be rung down on the Wan ganui Lawn Tennis Club's season.
