HARVEY CREATES RECORD THREE TITLES IN A YEAR. Received Feb. 9, 7.30 p.m. LONDON, Feb.' 8. At the Albert Hall in a 15-round British Empire title bout Len Harvey outpointed Larry Gains, the holder. Harvey created a record as titleholder of the British cruiser-weight, British heavy-weight, and Empire heavy-weight, all won inside a year. He looked frail against his burly coloured opponent, who had the advantage of 421 b. in weight and 3in. in reach.
