KALGOORLIE RIOTS
PRISONERS BEFORE COURT. Recci veil Feb. !), 10.5 p.m. PERTH. Feb. 9. The first cases against persons arrested in connection with List week’s rioting were heard in the Police Court at Kalgoorlie to-day. Six men and one woman were convicted, their sentences ranging from two to four months’ imprisonment. The charges included assaulting constables. disorderly conduct and theft. Several other men charged were remanded.
