AUSTRIA’S COMPLAINTS DOSSIER TO THE POWERS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) Received Feb. 9, 11.25 p.m. VIENNA, Feb. 9. Ministers abroad have handed copies of the dossier of Austria’s complaints against Germany to the British, French ami Italian Governments. Heimwchr auxiliary troops raided the offices of the Socialist newspaper Arbeiter Zeitung and confiscated documents. Police raided the Socialist headquarters and seized machine-guns and thousands of bombs.
