WANGANUI ASSOCIATION ANNUAL TOURNAMENT YESTERDAY'S PROGRESS. lu spite of the threatening weather yesterday morning, with occasional showers, the Wanganui Croquet Association’s first annual tournament made satisfactory progress, and in the afternoon sunshine rewarded those who had played on through the rain. The tournament will be continued to-day. _ Following are yesterday’s results:— Championship Doubles. First Round. Mrs Skeet and Mrs Falconer beat Mrs Glenny and Mrs Barry, 26 —.14.
