FAT STOCK PRICES

NORTH ISLAND EXPORT SCHEDULE. LAMBS A FARTHING UP. An increase of one farthing a lb. in the prices paid for fat lambs for export has been made in the North Island schedule as from last Monday. The schedule rates for wethers and ewes are unchanged. The prices paid are on the hooks in Hawke’s Bay and Auckland, and on the farm in Wairarapa, Manawatu and Wanganui districts. To-day’s schedule prices for export fat stock arc still well in advance of those ruling a year ago, as is shown in the following comparative table:— Dec. 5, Dec..lB, 1.932. 1933
