Dombey and Ralphyllis finished together at the close of five furlongs in 1.74. Interlocutor, alone, broke 1.7 for the same distance. Ebeum. Pango, and Senegal finished in that order at the end of a mile in 1.50 1-5. Thev rar. the first two furlongs in 27 3-ssec. and the first five in l.fi. Ebeum finished attractively. Sir Romeo was a length clear of Treasure Hunt, with Callamart eased up at the end of three furlongs, after slipping over seven furlongs in 1.37 2-5. Sir Spear held Park Acre over the final stages of seven furlongs, the last six in 1.25 2-5. After breakfast. La Crown ran an easv six in 1.24. Equitant. after running her initial furlong in 13 4-ssec. and three furlongs in 39 2-ss<*e., completed six furlongs in 1.2! 1-5. Thrasher, Te Rangitumau, and King Thomond finished in that, order at the end of six furlongs, the first three being accomplished in 40 3-ssee. Te Rangitumau shows Improvement.
