STATEMENT IN COMMONS ( British Official Wireless.! RUGBY, Dec. 20. The Prime Minister stated in reply to a question in the House of Commons that it was not proposed that any British Minister should during the Parliamentary recess visit officially European capitals in connection with disarmament. As Sir John Simon was'taking his Christmas holiday in Italy it was possible that he might take any opportunities which arose of seeing the members of the Governments through whose capitals he may pass.
