SUBMARINE COMMANDS 11. Received Doc. 20, 7.15 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 20. The Admiralty Board, reviewing the sentence on Lieutenant-Commander Lewes, acquitted him of responsibility for the explosion on the submarine, reprimanded him for navigational faults, and reinstated him in command
