CARNIVAL COMPETITION Sir, —I received one of the circulars of the February Carnival, including their competition which I think is a good idea, but J wonder why they did not make the competition close before Christinas, because I would like to get a chance to land the prize to spend at Christmas. wonder why people do not think of these things when they start on a show like that.
