BUTTER-FAT PAYMENTS

SUPPLIES IN NOVEMBER NEW ZEALAND COMPANY HAMILTON, Dec. 15. The New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, has decided to advance its suppliers 8d per lb. for finest cream for butter-making supplied during November, free of share credits, and 9d per lb. for the firstgrade milk supplied for cheesemaking. The cheques will be distributed next Wednesday, and in addition the company will pay to its butter suppliers 3d per lb. butter-fat for cream received in May last. The payment for the May supply will aggregate £46,887, the amount representing a realisation which was greater than was expected at the time of the annual meeting in August. The Morrinsville Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, will make an advance payment of 7d per lb. for finest butter-fat supplied during November, with an additional jd per lb. on the Maich-April-May supply. The amount distributed will be opproximately £28,000. Suppliers of the Sunny Park Cooperative Dairy Company, Limited, will receive an advance of 8d per lb. for butter-fat supplied for chose-mak-ing and 7}d per lb. for butter-fat supplied for the manufacture of butter. The directors of the Norfolk Cooperative Dairy Company, Limited, ! Motumaoho, have authorised an advance payment of 9d per lb. for but- 1 ter-fat supplied for cheese-making.
