GENERAL INSULL’S BROTHER ’ TORONTO, Dec. 2. * The Supreme Court has ordered the j extradition of Martin Insull, brother of 0 Samuel Insull, to Chicago to stand his | trial on charges of “embezzlement and I larceny by a bailee,” in connection I with the public utilities collapse. Martin, who has been fighting against an extradition order for a year, having taken refuge at Oricllia, Toronto, after the bankruptcy of Insull and the utilities system, has appealed against to day’s decision. a
