REPRESENTATIVE FOOTBALL OROUA DOWNS DEFEAT RANGITIKEI. MARGIN OF 13 POINTS. Oroua Diowns proved a superior combination to Rangitikei to win by 21 points to 8. The game, which was played on Alarten Park, provided few thrills and was tar from a representative standard of Rugby. Athletic juniors spruning a surprise by defeating Toko-Stanway on No. 2 ground of Alarton Park by 6 points to Old Boys forfeited to Ohingaiti.
