On to Canada, then down to -New York, where the bride’s American friends showered typical American friendship i and hospitality on the happy pair. Just over .12 months ago the young [couple returned home. Life stretched before them. And then tragedy took its hand. Lady Jersey suddenly fell ill. She became worse, and the doctors could not tell what was wrong with Let. There was eventually’ a rav of hope. The disease, mysterious and baffling, was not incurable. For mouths Lady Jersey lay, hardly able to move. But she fought, and after a while she was able to have a few intimate friends to see her. Now, by October, it is hone I she will be well again.
