IN HOSPITAL GROUNDS INCIDENTS iT WELLINGTON. WELLINGTON. July 20. Two nurses have had their bags snatched from them in the floodlit grounds of the Wellington Hospital this week. The first offence was committed at about 8 o’clock on Monday evening. A man stepped from the cover of a glasshouse and snatched the bag-of a nurse who was passing through the hospital grounds on her way to Iho nurses’ home. The following evening at about 7 o’clock a man. presumably the same, who had been hiding in the neighbourhood of the greenhouse, sprang out. as two nurses were passing and snatched the bag of one of them. Both nurses cried out. but there was no one in the vicinity, and Die thief escaped through the main gales.
