AGGRESSOR STATE
RUSSIAN DEFINITION ADOPTION AT GENEVA Received Al ay IS, 11.5 p.m. GENEVA, May 18. The Security Committee of the Disarmament Conference nas adopted the Russian definition of an aggressoi as follows: Firstly, as a nation which declares war; secondly, invades the territory of another State without a declaration of war; thirdly, establishes a naval blockade of another State; fourthly, bombards the territory of a neighbouring State; fifthly, establishes land, naval or air forces in the ter ritory of another State without that State’s permission.
