PUBLIC NOTICES. PATEA COUNTY COUNCIL. MOTOR-LORRY REGULATIONS KOT7CE is hereby given that the Patca County Council, at the meeting held on Tuesday, May 9, 1933, resolved as follows:—■ ‘ * That in exercise of the powers conferred on this Council by clause 4 of regulation 9 of the Motor Lorry Regulations, 1925, the use of Motor Lorries shall be prohibited on the Lower Waitotara Valley Road during the months of June, July. August, and September, 1933, and on the under-mentioned roads (all within the Patoa County) during the months of June, July, and August, 1933, provided that the prohibition shall not apply when chains or similar devices designed for gripping the road aro not used:— KAHAROA HIGHWAY, KAHAROA ROAD, HUKATERE ROAD, OTAUTO ROAD, KOHI ROAD, KOHI HIGHWAY. KARAHAKE ROAD WAIROA ROAD, IHUPUKU ROAD. MOTOROA ROAD, OKOTUKU ROAD MATAIMOANA ROAD. NGUTUWERA VALLEY ROAD, BLOCK VIII. ROAD, BLOCK XI. ROAD MANGAWHIO ROAD. WAITOTARA BEACH ROAD, The attention of owners and drivers is uallcd to the fact that the use on any motor vehicle of chains on a metalled road is expressly forbidden by clause 8 (f) of regulation 13 of the Motor Vehicle Regulations. 1928.
