The committee also decided to again bring before the notice of the Unem ployment Board the scheme for the relief of unemployment advocated by Mr. A. H. Larkman, of Hawera, with n request t hat it be recorded full consideration. Mr. Larkman said that when he expounded the scheme it received the endorsement of a public mooting, and the Minister of Employment had advised him that it bad many practicable aspects.
