ASSAULT BY SEAMAN
MAN RESCUED BY POLICE. I Per Press Auociation. I CHRISTCHURCH, AUy 9. In Norwich Quay. Lyttelton, to-day, a number of seamen accosted a man, asking him hi.s business. Not receiving a satisfactory reply, they assaulted him and he received r rough handling before being rescued by the police. A” arrest was made.
