THE RAETIHI SALE Messrs. Freeman R. Jackson and Co., Ltd., report on their recent fortnightly sto/k sale held at Raetihi on Friday as follows: In spite of the boisterous weather prevailing for some days previous to and on the day of sale, we penned a good yarding of nearly 2000 sheep. The offering comprised some good lines of lambs; these, together with wethers, were eagerly sought after. A lino of two-tooth wethers from the Murumuru district made Ils 6d. With the exception of a couple of small pens, tho whole was disposed of.
