Wool prices in the current local market:— Greasy Merino fleece: Best, 14d to good, 12d to 133 d; average, 104 d to 114 d; ditto light (seed or burry), best, J24d to 13d; good, 114 d to 12d; average, lOd to 104 d. Lambs, light (seed or burry): Best, 9d to 104 d; good, 7d to 8d; average, 4d to Gd. Greasy comeback: Fleece, fine, up to 123 d. Greasy crossbred: Fine, up to 114 d; medium, 6d to 8d; coarse, 3d to 4d.
