CERTIFICATES PRESENTED FUNCTION AT DUCHESS THEATRE Proficiency certificates, won by children of the Aramoho School, were presented at the Duchess Theatre last night by Mr Benefield, a member of the Wanganui Education Board. Mr A. E. Halligan, chairman of the committee, spoke and Mr E. G. Coddington, headmaster, reviewed the past year.
