Hcrriot and Chautemps Myer (Minister of Mercantile Marine) with Sir Herbert Samuel at Jersey. Ostensibly M. Herriot is on a pleasure trip, but there is an impression that the Ministers will take the opportunity to discuss with Sir H. Samuel the prospects for a new FrancoBritish trade treaty. Sir H.
