PASSENGERS SEARCHED ARRIVALS AT SYDNEY Received Aug. 30, 11.50 p.m. SYDNEY, Aug. 30. Detectives searched several passengers and their luggage on arrival by the Maunganui to-day, in the belief that they possessed New Zealand gold, but none was found. Similar precautions are to be taken each week.
