WANGANUI GUN CLUB OPENING OF NEW SEASON CLAY-BIRD SHOOT RESULTS A very satisfactory attendance of members of the Wanganui Gun Club was recorded on Saturday on the occasion of the opening of the 1932-33 clay-bird shooting season. During the afternoon tea adjournment, opportunity was taken by the president, Air T. Cuthbertson, on behalf of members of the club, to present to Airs Kempton a handsome electroplate and china tea service, while the secretary handed to Miss Cuthbertson, a dainty electroplated rose bowl, in appreciation of services rendered by ladies to the club. Mr Afanguson expressed the thanks of the members of the club to Mr Cuthbertson, president, for the cups he had donated for competition in the President’s Aggregate.
