GOLD FROM DOMINION
PROCEEDINGS AGAINST WINCE. Received Aug. 12, 10.5 p.m. SYDNEY, Aug. 12. At. the Equity Court to-day, furth»mention was made of the £lOOO worth of gold from New Zealand which is the subject of an injunction arising out of the proceedings against Wince. The Commissioner of Police, Sydney, was appointed receiver of the gold pending the decision of the injunction, which i> being argued next Wednesday. Mr. Weston, appearing on behalf ot Garre’t and Davidson, who desired r.o prevent, the gold being returned to N Zealand, said 'hat the -old wabooing hawked about in the most em barras-ing way, the dispute being ont entirely between his clientsand the New Zealand Government, whom he proposed to join in the suit.
