WANGANUI CLUB BALGOWNTE CUP FIRST ROUND RESULTS Although a strong westerly made scoring hard at Belmont on Saturday, C. Gilbert managed to head the list in the sixteenth round for the Balgownie Cup with 3 up on bogey. This good score gives him a margin of two holes on the next best, J. M. Hussey, with 1 up.
