FACTOR IN DUNEDIN CASE [ Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, July 29. The .1737 Act quoted in the Wellington rent case was a factor last year in a Dunedin case in which property had been removed from a theatre vacated by tenants in arrear. This dispute was settled without resort to the Court, the effect of the old Act being accepted.
