Judgment was deli red by Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court in the application brought by Lady Hunter, widow of the late Sir George Hunter, for payment of a capital sum out of the estate. His Honour allowed Lady Hunter £4OO a year from the date of her bus band’s death but refused an applies tion for permanent maintenance made on behalf of her daughter. Edith May Hunter.
