OFFICIAL VISITS EXCHANGED WELLINGTON, June 15. The Samoan correspondent of the United Press Association wrote under date May 30: His Excellency the Administrator, accompanied by Mrs. Hart and official party, paid a visit to Pago Pago, American Samoa, on May 20. They returned on May 23. The U-S.S. Lark took the party over and brought them back. The Governor of American Samoa and official party will pay a return visit to Apt from June Ito 4. Governor Lincoln is due to return to the United States in July, his term of office having expired. Mr. Fred Rebelle. who is on his way to the Pacific Coast in an eighl een-foot boat, arrived on Tuesday May 24. He took 35 days between Suva and Apia, having called in at one of the outlying islands of the Fiji group. His next port of call will be Fanning Island. He goes thence to Honolulu and Los Angeles.
