OBITUARY
MR ANDREW J. PATERSON [ Per Pref’ 1 ’ Association. J WELLINGTON, June 15. The death occurred to-day of Mr Andrew J. Paterson, formerly city engineer at. Wellington, aged 62. Mr Paterson spent many years of his life in Australia and was connected with engineering works in Queensland ami New South Wales. He joined the ydT as city engineer early in the present century ami resigned to take the position of borough engineer at. Gisborne, where he supervised the installation of the gravitation water supply. Later he returned to Wellington as assistant-city engineer, becoming engineer on the death of Mr W. H. Morton. Later he resigned ami entered business on his own account.
