CONFERENCE AT PALMERSTON [ Per T-ress Association.! PALMERSTON N., June 14. Representatives of the Rural Intermediate Credits Board and tho Co-op-erative Rural Intermediate Credit Association of Taranaki, Wanganui, Manawatu, Hawke’s Bay, and Wairarapa districts met in conference to discuss the agenda. There arc forty remits dealing with farm finance. The chairman, Dlr. Norton Francis, stated that as a result of nearly five years’ operations loans had been authorised amounting to close on £l, 000,000. A message was road from the Prime Minister thanking all members of the associations for their voluntary work in administering tho scheme.
