LADIES’ HOCKEY CLUB The ordinary monthly meeting of the Ladies’ Hockey Club was held on Monday night. The secretary reported that there jvas a credit balance of £1 13s 4d. A friendly game has been arranged with Ratana ladies at Ratana on Wednesdy at 2.30. Messrs. Hodges and McLean were appointed referees. A vote of thanks was accorded Mrs. Sims and Miss Clark for their efforts in raising the sum of £1 10s by means of a competition. The following players have been selected for the Ratana match:—Goal, Mrs. Teki; full backs, M. Glasgow and D. Armstrong; halves, M. Fitches, J. Glasgow and M. Sims; forwards, D. White, P. Ganley, Mrs. McLean, L. Davies and H. Teki. Emergency: E. Dav.
