CLAIM BY ITALIANS ’PLANE DOES 466 MILES Received May 22, 7.10 p.m. ROME, May 21. During recent tests >f a new Italian “Schneider Cup” machine on Lake Garda, Lieutenant Neri, an Italian Air Force officer, is unofficially stated to have attained 46(5 miles an hour. The Air Minister, General Balbo, says that such progress has been made in Aviation that a speed of 600 miles per houh will be attained within ten years.
