THE BOMBAY RIOTING MURDER, LOOTING AND ARSON, (By Telegraph—Press Association Copyright' Received Mav 22, 11.55 p.m. CALCUTTA, May 22 Apart from isolated attacks and excitement over a round-up of hundreds of riot suspects, conditions are normal again in Bombay after seven days of murder, looting and arson. Tho casualties total 146 dead and 1657 injured. Afany streets in the Moslem and Hindu quarters are still littered with debris from the looting, but confidi nee has been restored. Many of tho 10,000 citizens who fled the city are returning.
