DEFENCE RIFLE CLUB The final, shoot lor the set of carverdonated by Watson’s, Ltd. was held ; on Wednesday last under good coudi-; lions. The trophy was won by Mr. T.; L. OTAJMAKAPUA SCHOOL DANCE The first of the series of dances ini aid of the funds of the Otamakapua i School was held on Friday evening. ( when about thirty couples spent a very enjoyable evening. Music was supplied by Mr. H. Philps on the accordian, assisted, with extras by Messrs. F. Prentice, accordian, and L. Maher, pipes. Mr. H. L. Osborne acted as M.C.
