The article reflects the general com nients of Soviet newspapers, which ae case the French Homo Office of issuing provocative reports and forging docu monts for the purpose of representing the assassin Gouguloff as a neo-Bol-shevik. Newspapers allege that the White Guards inspired *’’o crime as part of the campaign to drive ‘">e bourgeois Pcwefs to war with Russia.
