DECORATIVE SECTION. The varieties belonging to the decorative dahlias sections are similar to the giant decorat in shape, with full double flowers but. very much smaller. Dwarf bedding dahlias is a class containing dwarf compact, free flowering types that grow only from 15in. to 24 inches high and produce an abundance of showy flowers throughout the season. They require but little attention, excepting for cutting off the dead flowers to prevent the strength of the plants from .being absorbed in the production of seed heads.
