OFFICERS ELECTED. [ Per Press Association. ] CHRISTCHURCH, Feb. 18. The annual conference of the Methodist Church in New Zealand was opened to-day. The retiring president, Rev. E. D. Patchell, the president elect, Rev. M. A. Rugby-Pratt, who, after the induction ceremony delivered the inaugural address. Other officers elected were: Vicepresident, Mr. J. Voss; president for 1933, Rev. A. A. J. Seamer; secretary for 1933, Rev. J. H. Haslam.
