A PROMOTION ANNOUNCED [ British Official Wireless. ] Received Feb. 17, 9.20 p.m. RUGBY, Feb. 16. The Admiralty announce the promotion of Rear-Admiral William Jones to be Rear-Admiral commanding the battle-cruiser squadron, in succession to Vice-Admiral Wilfred Tomkinson.
