PUBLIC NOTICES. WANGANUI CITY COUNCIL. . SPECIAL ORDER RAISING LOAN. IS HEREBY GVEN that at a special meeting of the Wanganui City Council duly convened and held at the Council Chambers, St. Hill Street, Wanganui, on the 26th day of January, 1932, a resolution (intended to operate as a Special Order) was duly passed: I.—To raise a special loan of £121,47" for the purpose of paying off with the accumulated sinking funds the following special loans: (a) A special loan of £2,300 raised by the Wanganui East Borough Council in the year 1911. (b) A special loan of £122,500 raised by the Wanganui Borough Council in the year 1922. (c) A special loan of £35,500 raised by the Wanganui Borough Council in the year 1922. and which said special loans respectively mature on the first day of July, 1932, the first day r ' June, 1932, and the first day of October, 1932. A copy of the said resolution is deposited and can be seen at the offices of the Wanganui City Council situate in St. Hill Street, Wanganui. The said Resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a special meeting of the Council to bo held on Tuesday, the 23rd. day of February, 1932, at 7.30 o’clock p.m. at th said Council Chambers.
