DRIVER THROWN FROM CAR
COLLISION NEAR TAUPIRI TAUPIRI, Jan. 12. A collision occurred at the cornel of Proctor’s Road and the Orini-Tau-hei Road yesterday between a cai driven by Mr. J. Geak, of Taupiri, who was accompanied by his sister, and a car driven by Mr. Scott, of To Hoe, who had several passengers. The force of the impact threw Air. Geak out of his car, the door of which wns throw.) open. He suffered a severe cut across the forehead and bruises. His sister and the occupants of tho other car cs .iped injury. Both cars were badly damaged. The car d:.vcn by Mr. Geak was owned bj Mi. W. Waring, of Taupiri.
